Forcing or Not Forcing?

If you play ACOL you may be surprised to learn how much confusion even relatively experienced partnerships can manage to create over what are relatively low-level bids. All the bids below are rebids by the opener. To make it even easier all the responder does is to bid at the one level! Which of the opener's rebids are forcing?

1 club (opener)- 1 heart (responder)-1 spade

1 diamond- 1 spade- 2 hearts

1 diamond- 1 heart- 2 spades

1 heart- 1 spade- 3 clubs

1 club- 1 heart- 3 spades

1 diamond - 1 heart- 4 clubs

1 diamond -1 spade- 4 diamonds
